there is no response on your washup neither on email regarding my refund. very bad first experience. Firstly, delay in delivery now no response on refund.
My shoe size is UK4 (23.5 cms). Colorpopup shoe sizes are different. I ordered size 4 it was loose, I requested exchange. They took 2 months to give a size smaller size 3. Now I got size 3 which is too tight. Now they say exchange is allowed only once. I wasted 2000 rupees on a new brand. I regret buying from them.zero satisfaction.. whatsapp chat service for customer satisfaction is utter useless and operates like a bot. I wish someone could help me get my refund
