There is a restriction on the shipping of those items that have been informed to us by the delivery company, which have been restricted or even banned. The cut-off times for dispatching an order are provided in the form of guidelines and they cannot be held accurately. Sometimes order delays can occur owing to delay via payment gateways. While we ship the order within 72 hours of it being placed, delays may occur in certain unforced circumstances, which are usually from the manufacturer’s end. The estimated delivery time commences from the date of dispatch and they need to be taken as guidelines only. Any delays from the end of custom clearances are not our responsibility. Domestic orders are shipped between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM – Monday to Saturday. National shipping takes a maximum of 3 to 23 business days.

Refund Policy
Full refund if you don’t receive your order. Colour Pop Up gives utmost importance to on-time delivery and unless the buyer verifies delivery of the product, money is not remitted to the seller.

Prices of a product are inclusive of taxes and duties within India. All international deliveries are dispatched as personal use items only. Custom duties are not the responsibility of the website.
